Taishan and China have been building new roads twenty-four seven. They have built thousands of miles of roads and toll-roads. Still it is not enough. With the opening of China in 1974 and the shift towards a capitalist economy, cars, trucks, and big-riggs now occupied the roads. Near the cities, traffic jams  are common place. What to do?
