Almost Finish Ditch

This ditch is build brick by brick. The ditch walls and floor are porous. In America, we build forms and pour cement. This makes a water tight ditch.

Ditch path goes a long ways. The man is pouring water into the cement and aggregate. The man in the back is deciding what to do next.

The man is mixing aggregate and cement.

These two men are building a ditch to keep the crop from being flooded again.

Unlike the U.S., ditching building is done one brick at a time.
